BC PNP

BC Provincial Nominee Program

British Columbia, nestled on Canada’s picturesque West Coast, is renowned for its stunning Pacific Ocean and breathtaking Rocky Mountains. Beyond its natural beauty, this region’s robust labor force requirements and booming economic development are making it an increasingly attractive destination for immigration.
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a remarkable selection of immigration pathways designed to welcome foreign nationals as permanent Canadian residents in BC. These pathways are strategically crafted to attract immigrants to contribute to the province’s economic growth. The BC PNP offers two main categories of immigration streams:

  1. British Columbia Entrepreneur Immigration
  2. British Columbia Skills Immigration.

British Columbia Entrepreneur Immigration

Our program is tailored for foreign nationals who have a proven track record of success in their respective fields. But it doesn’t stop there; we also welcome foreign organizations with a strong history of business management, ownership, and investment. Entrepreneurs with substantial personal net worth and corporations with higher annual revenues are also encouraged to explore this program. Through our innovative new enterprise establishment scheme, all of these candidates can fulfill their dream of immigrating to British Columbia. There are multiple streams within these programs designed to cater to the diverse needs of foreign nationals.

British Columbia Skills Immigration

  • Skilled Worker: For high-demand occupations falling under NOC codes 0, 1, 2, and 3, British Columbia is in need of skilled workers. Our Skilled Worker category within the BC PNP is the gateway for management professionals, skilled technicians, and other tradespeople to obtain permanent residency in BC.
  • Health Authority Category: Physicians, specialists, nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals who aspire to work in BC can apply for permanent residency under the Health Authority stream.
  • International Graduate: If you’ve graduated with a valid qualification from an eligible Canadian college or university within the last three years, you can secure permanent residency in BC through the International Graduate stream.
  • International Post Graduate: Graduates with master’s degrees in natural, health, or applied sciences disciplines from eligible post-secondary institutes in British Columbia, or those with doctoral degrees in any field from eligible institutions, can pursue permanent residency through the International Post Graduate BC PNP category. PhD candidates at eligible post-secondary institutes in BC may also qualify.
  • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: Workers currently employed in BC in tourism/hospitality or food processing sectors may be eligible under this category if their occupation aligns with the specified eligibility criteria. In the Northeast Development Region of BC, individuals in NOC TEER categories 4 or 5 can apply for permanent residence through the Entry Level/Semi-Skilled Worker BC PNP category.
